Our family stay at M Hotel Danang was really good! The amazing views from the infinity pool were a highlight, and the spacious, modern room. The breakfast buffet offered a fantastic range of options, suitable for both kids and adults. The reception staff, especially Van, were welcoming and helpful, ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out experience. The hotel's proximity to the beach and local attractions like the Dragon Bridge made our stay even more nice. We thoroughly enjoyed the spa facilities, which provided a wonderful opportunity for relaxation and bonding as a family. M Hotel Danang exceeded our expectations in comfort and service!

The location is perfect, just a minute's walk to the beach. Only downside was some noise from the street. I'd highly recommend this hotel.

We were really let down by the noise in our room. It felt like we were right on the street with all the honking and loud music.

First, I faced issues with the check-in process, unreasonably slow and left a negative first impression. The room I initially received did not match the description. It lacked the promised desk and view, leading to frustrations each time I had to change rooms. Further, the lack of soundproofing made it impossible to sleep well due to both street noise and disturbances from neighboring rooms. These issues.

Storage is practically nonexistent. You'll find yourself fighting for space on limited surfaces. The beach towel situation is chaotic, with restrictions on taking them from the pool, leading to frustrating exchanges with staff. Noise from the street is a constant companion due to thin windows. Although one massage was excellent, the next was subpar, leaving me disappointed after paying full price for a lackluster experience.
